Have some tea, then join us at Ayo's place

Dalla Niakhaté, Founder of Thés Lac Rose

“I’ve always been into tea,” says founder of Thés Lac Rose, Dalla Niakhaté, who is on a mission to bring us all good tea.

Having grown up in a family where homemade herbal infusions would be used remedially to cure ailments; she follows the same hands-on approach today.

She says, “I really like blending the teas, it’s so therapeutic. Smelling and touching the loose leaf gives you an entirely different relationship to bagged tea. It’s much more special.”

And I would agree. Her teas are delicious.

Have a cuppa and read Dalla’s story in Pitch Cool.

And I’m heading back to Ayo’s place, South London Kitchen, on Friday the 3rd of December, for dinner at his supper club. It would be lovely to see you for some yummy food and lots and lots of giggles.

Space is limited to only 15 spots, as we are keeping it quite intimate.

Come join us.

Please send an email to Sherry Collins at info@thepitchfanzine.com for a chance to join her for dinner.
