I am happy and honoured to announce that The Pitch Fanzine is creating with Jamaica Animation Nation Network, JANN.
JANN was founded by Corretta Singer, Tanya G. Davies, Kevin Jackson, Roger Davis, and D’Oyen Williams in 2012 and incorporated in 2013.
JANN is a response to ensure that Jamaica’s new animation industry develops in a manner that serves the best interests of the Jamaican people and is the driving force for animators, illustrators, producers, production managers, creators, and designers.
The Pitch Fanzine will collaborate with JANN’s President, Jonathan Roberts; Vice President, Chevonnese Chevers Whyte; Secretary, Shanice Bromfield; and Training and Development, Kemar McInnis.
The Pitch Fanzine will showcase talent and projects in Pitch magazine, on Pitch TV, socials, and in our newsletters.
Through Pitch Futures and JANN’s Draw Jamaica initiative, we will inspire, mentor, and create with our future talent.
